Jamaican Toto is a traditional Jamaican pastry. Some call it coconut cake. Most older Jamaicans liked to eat it with their favorite tea in the mornings. However, there is no set time to eat the Toto. It can be eaten as a treat with tea in the mornings, a snack at lunchtime or dessert after dinner.
How do we make it?
We add all our dry ingredients such as flour, coconut flakes, raisins etc. to a bowl and fold with wet ingredients. We allow to bake for about 30-45mins and allow to cool.
All pastries are baked fresh and shipped every Monday via USPS 2 Day Priority Mail. If you don't receive your pastries after 4 business since the expected delivery date please contact us immediately by phone or email. Due to COVID shipping might be delayed certain regions. Please track package to your door and refrigerate cakes and puddings immediately.
Pastries are best after 1-2 weeks after received.
If your package is delayed, please contact USPS and file a claim, if necessary. We are not responsible once your order is handed to the post office and we do not offer refunds. However, we will do our best to accommodate you as a valued customer.
